Return Window
Watches may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the exact condition it was received — unworn (beyond trying it on), with all original packaging, documentation, box, and papers included.
Authenticity-Related Returns
If a watch purchased from Luxe Wrists is ever found to be non-authentic, this return window does not apply — see our Authenticity Guarantee for full details. Authenticity-related returns are accepted at any time and result in a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard (non-defect, non-authenticity) returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which must be insured for the full value of the watch. For authenticity or defect-related returns, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that show signs of wear beyond trying on, alteration, or damage not present at time of delivery
- Special order or custom-sourced pieces, unless found to be non-authentic
